Basic
Product Training: ISI offers product training programs to all
ISI products users. For information on training classes at ISI,
contact Mark Williamson. For classes taught at your facility, contact

Level
II Product Training: A step by step program in the proper repair
and maintenance of the Viking ST (or other ISI products).
This 8 hour in-depth course is for users who are familiar with high
pressure air systems. Upon successful completion of this course,
you are issued a certificate to verify that you are able to:
- Understand the basic pneumatic system
- Troubleshoot and repair
- Test to NIOSH and NFPA standards
Train
the Trainer Course: This is a Level III Product Training Course
to help prepare you to teach the ISI Level II Course. To take this
course, you must have a Level II Certificate and one year of repair
experience. This Level III Course covers basic theory and design
of the pneumatic system and offers teaching techniques and instruction
